With the guidance of Dr Antonio Mascarenhas, we had begun sand dune planting of Ipomea along the Candolim stretch of beach in the monsoon of 2021. We will resume these Saturday Planting sessions during the next monsoon.

Seaweed Saturdays is an online community run in collaboration with Edible Issues and Food Is Political which hosts conversations around the seaweed supply chain in India. The team is currently working towards developing a guideline for ethical and sustainable seaweed supply chains in collaboration with C-SCAPES.
